Beach apartments ROZA are placed on Bošana beach, in quiet neighbourhood, less than 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The house consists of 5 apartments various sizes.

  The house is situated in a Mediterranean garden, the garden is surrounded by olive trees, vines and kiwi leaves which provide nice shade, the scent of lavender that grows in every corner gives a special aroma. In the smaler parts of the yard are grown seasonal vegetable crops. Guests can use the garden and a large barbecue.

 Tworoom apartment on ground floor, ideal for families or couples. Oriented to spend more time outdoors in the courtyard in the shade of the terrace, kiwi and grape leaves, just seconds to the beach and back...

  

 Oneroom apartment on first floor offers full comfort and a nice view. Large room is combinated as bedroom/living room area. 

Waking up in the morning offers a sea view from the bed...

First hotel in Biograd "ILIRIJA"opened in 1934 by Vagan Melik Karaganjan, architect and hotelier from Armenia who chose this part as most beautifull on the Adriatic coast.
He also started the first electric company in region and local hospital, today an Orthopedic hospital. His efforts as the "father of Biograd tourism" was establishing the Company for arranging the place and the promotion of tourism "Soline".
